Kris Bellush

Kris has been a personal trainer for more than 20 years and believes that exercise is a necessity to achieve balance within your body and your life. Her training style incorporates different techniques to achieve all-around health and fitness keeping in mind each individual’s unique health status, limitations, and goals. She has a master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Indiana University and is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Golf Conditioning Specialist. She has also completed the CCF Move It or Lose It train the trainer course.

She enjoys training beginner and intermediate clients who will work hard and have the desire to make lifestyle changes.
