Vault Fit is a high impact interval training class (HIIT). HIIT workouts are repeated intervals working at a very high intensity followed by a short break or period of low intensity intervals meant for recovery. These classes will push you with innovative exercise routines using dumbbells, bands, gliders and bodyweight. Whatever your goals, Vault Fit can help you achieve them.
Traditional class: Instructors Lisa Coors and Kristi Liberati – Mondays
Traditional classes follow a set timing protocol, commonly referred to as Tabatas. Examples of the timing include 50 or 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds of rest. This class can be modified for every fitness level.
