Kristi Liberati

Kristi is a talented personal trainer and fitness instructor that cares about her clients and is dedicated to their health and wellness. The founder of “Strong Her” women’s fitness program, she obtained her Personal Trainer Certification from American Council on Exercise (ACE) in 2015.

Kristi teaches strength training, Tabata, teaches the Vault Fit, HIIT class and is a group fitness Parkinson’s instructor for CCF.
